Family garden in Roztoky u Prahy

We really like Roztoky u Prahy and this was our first chance to realize the entire garden at this location. The house owners‘ wish was to get rid of the feeling of being in the middle of a „satellite town“, and to bring in a little bit of the spirit of Moravian production garden at the same time. This is why we have designed various fruit bearing trees here, such as European mountain ash, hawthorn, mulberry, apple trees, plum trees and strawberries in the underplanting. In order to keep the spirit of modern garden layout, we have installed numerous kinds of ornamental grasses into perennial flower beds. We have designed, and also constructed, a small-sized tool shed, a wooden terrace and a woodshed here. We have realized this garden at the turn of 2018/2019 and there are some tasks yet to be done – a few plantings and raised vegetable beds.
