Family garden in Mnichovice- Myšlín

This garden is our first joint project ever. You can find it in the cottage area in Myšlín, Mnichovice.
There is an old cottage on the property surrounded by ancient apple trees as a relic of a beautiful Czech cottage tradition.
The point was to realize the entire garden here. The assignment was to bring the garden to life and give it new sense.
The owners like to take care of their own garden and they spend a lot of time here. Our aim was to create an accessible garden where they could grow anything they wish to.
By building two dry stone walls we have created two usable areas.
We have added a raised vegetable bed, pleached apple and cherry trees, a herb bed, decorative flower beds, etc.
